THOROUGH AND EXPERIENCED is how I would describe Mary the Salesperson/Owner. I didn’t know anything about flooring before I went in and Mary patiently explained everything that I needed to know. Additionally, she provided recommendations based on my renovation, which she wanted to know about in detail. I highly recommend going in there. I changed my rating from one to five stars since they followed up with me right after addressing the issue that I had with the installation service. They made it up for me and I am so happy with their service now. When they contacted me, they were so kind, friendly, and professional. We are so happy that we reached out to them at first.
