You begin with an online virtual or in-showroom Meet & Greet to discuss the scope and goals of your project, and to determine if our products and process are a good fit for your project. This appointment can span from 30 minutes – 2 hours depending on the appointment type, the project scope, size, and complexity as well as the your pre-appointment preparation. For prep instructions please visit Our Design Process page. We will then create an initial design based on the information gathered from your appointments using rough measurements supplied by you. Our team will have spent approximately 4 – 6 hours on your project already without charge to you. On average our Team spends an additional 30 – 80 hours seeing a project through to completion, depending on the scope and complexity of the design.
