Founded in 2018, Owners Mike Roossien & Brock Thom possess a combined 40 years of previous residential construction experience. This experience, combined with our aptitude for implementation & execution is a winning combination which results in seamless project delivery throughout each build. Mike has set the standard for high performance project management throughout his 30-year career in the design and construction industry. Graduating at the top of his architectural class with honours, Mike’s first foray into his craft was running a successful custom design residential and commercial enterprise and working with an Ottawa-based structural engineering firm.
