Stefanos provided us with an excellent design, and perhaps most of all project managed the renovations to our condo in Oak Bay. We were still located in Ottawa throughout the design and construction work and relied on Stefanos to work closely with the municipality and condo strata for approvals and all contractors to ensure construction was completed with the least disrupltion to other condo owners in the building. Stefanos worked interactively with us throughtout the process to ensure that the renovations were completed to our vision and in keeping with the building motif. His communications, including regular zoom meetings, provided us with up to date progress reports.
