I have recently purchased a house which needed a lot of love before being resold. Within a few months, Wendy and her team turned a poorhouse into a jewel! She first diagnosed the keepers and the must change…came up with a variety of smart, affordable ideas and designs, and then supervised the whole operation! Everything from changing the furnace to replacing the kitchen counters and floors, insulating the basement, putting in a beautiful recycled 100-year-old wooden mantel, purchasing top second-hand appliances, redoing all the lighting and then outdoor staircase. Then after the renovations, she painted and home staged the newly transformed home!!! The house turned into a very desirable property and the new owners are proud and fully satisfied.
