Founded in 1968, PACART started as a father-and-son small business dedicated to the field of fine art logistics. Working from their base in Vancouver, Karle and Rick provided an array of local and provincial services in western Canada. Rick’s son Mark joined the company in 1979. Mark forged roads Eastward in 1983, settling in Toronto, where Canada’s first fine art shuttle service began offering transportation from coast to coast in Canada and into the USA.
